Future directions in algebraic combinatorics
The aim of this conference is to identify and prioritize future work in algebraic combinatorics and its related fields, including symmetric function theory, representation theory, and many other areas. Adriano Garsia’s contribution to the field is as fundamental as legendary and we will happily used this opportunity to celebrate his 90th birthday. Confirmed invited speakers include Francois Bergeron, Sara Billey, Anders Bjorner, Persi Diaconis, Ron Graham, Jim Haglund, Claudia Malvenuto, Anton Mellit, Jennifer Morse, Claudio Procesi, Richard Stanley, Michelle Wachs, Nolan Wallach, and Greg Warrington.
There will also be a series of lightning talks allowing young researchers to propose a problem for future study and to seek new collaborations.
